Founder and CEO

A worthy Bantu girl from Cameroon, Cyrielle founded Kouamou Capital to help African families and entrepreneurs diversify and protect their assets internationally. With an MBA in Financial Market, Trading and Risk Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, she gained experience in corporate finance and banking before pursuing her passion for investment and wealth management. Her goal is to support and assist African investors in building multi-generational wealth. Her journey illustrates perseverance, hard work and determination.

Xavier Ximonin

Strategic and Transformation Manager

Xavier is an experienced corporate/banking advisor and consultant with a global expertise in strategy, business and IT. He has a successful track record in transformation, performance improvement and implementation of L3 and L4 social plans. He has worked for renowned organizations such as Onepoint, Sopra Steria and PwC/IBM, to name a few. His expertise in auditing banks, central banks, IT is unmatched. With his innovative solutions, Xavier Simonin is sure to make a significant impact in his role.

Abdur has over 25 years of experience in the energy sector including oil, gas and power. He has held leadership positions, leading projects such as oil and gas field evaluation and production optimization. Abdur also contributes to sustainable energy initiatives. With his deep experience and broad skills, Abdur Rasheed is well equipped to make a significant contribution as an Infrastructure Project Manager and driving the success and growth of the team.

Senior Advisor – Real Estate, Fundraising & M&A

Thibault is a seasoned advisor with over 20 years of experience in fundraising and M&A across Europe, with a focus on healthcare, renewable energy, real estate, and hospitality. Based in Frankfurt, he has held senior roles at Mondofina, Financière Bonaparte, Viveris REIM, and DTZ Asset Management. At Kouamou Capital, he supports strategic transactions and international growth initiatives.

Loubna Qaffou

Business Development North Africa

After years of successful experience within a leading French fintech in the field of finance, where Loubna excelled in the commercial sector as well as a Change Manager, she decided to join the Kouamou Capital team inspired by the vision and mission of the company. As a marketing and communication professional, she has worked on various MOA projects and excels in business development for the structures she collaborates with. She has developed expertise in sales and customer service, particularly for residency, global citizenship and executive management programs. Holding a master’s degree in digital strategy and communication, Loubna focuses her work on customer satisfaction and relationship building. She will contribute to the development of the North African sector.

Miguel Erwan Djomo

Junior Financial Analyst Intern

A business school student specializing in market finance, Miguel is passionate about financial analysis and contemporary economic issues. He gained initial experience as a credit analyst assistant, where he assessed borrowers’ creditworthiness and monitored financial files. Interested in machine learning and modern finance, he sees his internship at Kouamou Capital as a real opportunity to strengthen his skills while refining his strategic vision of the financial analyst profession.
