Execution is where most firms hand you off to a junior team or a third-party agent. KC prepares every document your bank requires — the FDI declaration, investment purpose letter, source of funds dossier, and authorised dealer instructions. We have done this for 19 African markets. Your bank receives a complete, ready-to-submit package.
After the transfer, KC files the application and manages all government interactions. You receive a weekly update email. When the permit or passport is ready, KC coordinates collection and handles any post-approval administrative steps. The relationship does not end at approval — we stay with you for renewals, property management, and the citizenship countdown.
Most firms disappear after the application is approved. KC does not. Monitoring is a permanent phase — we track your portfolio performance, manage renewals, optimise yields, and keep you informed of regulatory changes that affect your investments. We prepare every document your central bank requires, coordinate with your authorised dealer bank, and manage the SWIFT transfer end-to-end.
